RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
NO. 5 &Z 9
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE
JAMESTOWN ROAD NEIGHBORHOOD SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a solicitation of bids for the Jamestown Road Neighborhood
sanitary sewer improvements project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and
WHEREAS, it appears that Castrejon Incorporated, St. Paul, Minnesota has
submitted the lowest responsible bid.
Minnesota:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
• The Orono City Council does hereby accept the quotation from Castrejon, Inc. for
completion of the Jamestown Road Neighborhood sanitary sewer improvements project
according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file
in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of $74,921.50.
Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Council meeting held on June 26,
2006.
