RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
NO. 5407
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2005
TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 2006
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono, County of Hennepin,
Minnesota, that the final 2005 Tax Levy Collectible in 2006, is determined to be as follows:
GENERAL LEVY
General Fund - Operations $3,282,710
PIR Fund - Infrastructure - Roads 120,000
Park Fund - Land Acquisition & Development 5,000
TOTAL GENERAL LEVY $3,407,710
BONDED DEBT
• G.O. 1997 Sewer Improvement Bond $ 5,000
G.O. 2003 Sewer Improvement Refunding Bond 35,000
G.O. 2004B Improvement Refunding Bond 16,000
TOTAL BONDED INDEBTEDNESS $ 56,000
BONDS OF OTHER GOVERNMENTAL UNITS
H.R.A. Refunding Bond 1998 $ 250,000
H.R.A. Fire Facility and Equipment Bond 2003 73,250

The City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the
County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting
held December 12, 2005.
