Dear Mrs. Frost:
Last year a notice was sent that your septic effluent
was spilling into Chippewa Lane. I was on an inspection
of a neighboring proj�erty and noticed that the condition
still exists. The odor from this cat: be detected at the
site of this property.
I must ask that this condition be alleviated temporarily
by pumping and reconstruction be made as soon as weather
permits to rectify the condition permanently by new field
or system as required.
