Dear Hs. Frost:
The Street Department has informed me that effluent
from your septic system is discharging into the
ditch along the street. This is in violation of
Section 82.030 (a).
I respectfully ask that you take steps to halt
this condition and steps to prevent its recurrence
and that the contractor doing the work contact me
so I know it is being taken care of.
