before work is started.
WORK REQUIRED:
❑ Septic tanks must be pumped within 48 hours.
El Drainfield must be repaired or repl-ced within 90 days.

❑ Tank inspection indicates m' e pumpout is needed as soon as possible. City ordinance requires that
tanks be pumped , every three years.
