Dear Desyl:
Attached are documents relating to this case. A formal complaint
is required for failure to connect to an available public sewer.
Mr. Nelson did not answer the tags issued August 6, 1981.
1. Sewer was installed in the area in 1970.
2. MHD 112 (g) 1 requires use of an available public sewer.
3. Orono 25.160 & 22.20 Subd 2.1 require connection within
16 months of sewer availability; assume not later than
1972.
4. No sewer permits ever issued for this address.
5. Dye test August 23, 1978 was negative - no connection.
6. Septic tank pump out October 17, 1980 confirmed house
was still using septic tank and that they were having
problems.
7. November 4, 1980 letter requesting contact& connection (none made)
8. January 6, 1981 Mike Gaffron talked to daughter on site
and provided connection information.
9. June 24, 1981 Alan P. Olson letter ordering connection.
10. August 6, 1981 Alan P. Olson letter and citations.
We have still had no-ontact from him and no attempt to have
the connection made.
