A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE
FARVIEW NEIGHBORHOOD SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS,pursuant to a solicitation of bids for the Farview Neighborhood
sanitary sewer improvement project,bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law;
and
WHEREAS,it appears that Castrejon, Inc., St. Paul, MN has submitted the
lowest responsible bid. a
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of Orono,
Miiuiesota:

The Orono City Council does hereby accept the bid from Castrejon,Inc. for completion
� of the Farview Neighborhood Sanitary Sewer Im.provement Project according to the plans
and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the
City Clerk in the amount of$83,000.00. , '
Adopted by the City Council of Orono this 26th day of March, 2007.
