RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE APPLICATION �
FOR REGISTRATION OF FOUR CRYSTAL BAY ACCESS LOTS
WIiEREAS,the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter"City Council") is
desirous of registering title to four Crystal Bay access lots located within the City of Orono; to be
legally described as:
That part of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4,Block 1, "Wiley's Park"
Lake Minnetonka, lying northerly of the northerly line of
Old Road, dedicated in said plat.
• WHEREAS,the City Council, at its regularly scheduled City Council meeting of
October 9, 2006,voted unanimously to have the registration application("application") signed
and submitted to Hennepin County for consideration; and
WHEREAS,Minnesota Statute Section 508.03, subdivision 6, requires the City Council
to adopt this resolution, directing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said application and
submit the same to Hennepin County for approval.
' NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOY�VEI) by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota
that the Mayor and City clerk are directed to execute the application for registration of the .
Crystal Bay access lots.
