Recently five 2 to 7 acre sites in Hunter Pass (Co. Rd. 6 and Hunter Dr.) sold for $250,000-$285,000. This site is superior to all the sites in Hunter Pass. If the subject property can be developed it is worth even more than its cuiient value.
