RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PREPARATION OF ALTERNATIVE
PLANS FOR MINNETONKA BLUFFS - COUNTY ROAD 15 - WEST
FERNDALE - ORONO LANE (SEWER PROJECT 80-1) AND SCOTCH
PINE LANE - NORTH SHORE DRIVE (SEWER PROJECT 80-2)
WHEREAS, the City of Orono advertised for and obtained bids
on Sanitary Sewer Projec.ts 80-1 and, 80-2 on August 5, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined, based on recommen-
dations of Staff, that it is necessary to consider ne�a alternative plans
to allow for construction of all or parts of the Sewer Projects 80-1 and
80-2 instead of just the construction of all or none of the Sewer Projects
80-1 and 80-2,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the, City Council of the
City of Orono that the City Engineer shall prepare alternative plans
for the above sewer projects providing for three sep�rate construction
projects;- that the bids previously presented and op�ned for the above
sewer- projects shall be kept available for future analysis pursuant to
the terms.-of the Advertisement for Bids.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono at a
Special Meeting held August 14, 1980.
