RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

DETERMINING THAT PROPERTY OCCUPIED BY
MINNETONKA BOAT WORKS AT 1449 SHORELINE
DRIVE SHALL BE ASSESSED THREE SEWER UNITS
AS PART OF SEWER PROJECT 80-1
WHEREAS , the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and �
WHEREAS , Sewer Project 80-1 was initiated by the City to solve
existing on-site sewage treatment problems in the Minnetonka Bluffs-West
Ferndale-County Road 15 (Marina) area in which the Minnetonka Boat Works
marina is� located; and
WHEREAS, the Minnetonka Boat Works operation, located at 1449
Shoreline Drive and legally described as PINS No, 11-117-23 22 0008
contains a marina with warehouse/shop area and an attached residential
apartment.
_ THE�'.EFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Orono, that the above described property known as Minnetonka Boat Works
is benefitted by and shall be assessed for a total of three sewer units ,
for.
l. Boat holding tank pumpout.
2. Commercial Occupancy Building, which use requires sanitary
facilities pursuant to State Building Code and City marina
licensing requirements.
3 . Attached residential apartment.
