WHEREAS, the City of Ornno is a municipal corporation organized
arcd �xisting under the laws of the �ta�e of Minnesota; and
�iEREAS, Se�er Project 80-2 was �.nitiated by the City to salve
on-site sewage treatment problems ia� the North Shore �rive - Sca'tc4� Pine
Lane area, within which the progerty at 2655 North Shor� Drive, lega3�.y
desGribed as Section 9, Tawnship 1.17N, FEanqe 23iai, c�encing in center of
County Road at a point 400 feet nortYa�sterly alang said road from the
east line of Government Lot 4 then csesterly along said road to a point
825 35/100 feet easterly frcrm th� i�tersection of center line of said
County Road with west line of Government Lot 4 then southerly to a point
an shore of Lake Minnetanka 644 85/100 feet easterly from west line of
- Government Lot 4 then eas�erly along lakeshore 210 65/140 feet then

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has ir�dicated the studio
is for family use only and has never been rented out as a dwelling unit;
and
WHEREAS, the owner has reguested that a single �ewer stub be
provided to servP the house and studio as a single unit,
THEREFORE, �BE IT RESOL'TED, by the Ci�y CounciZ of the Ci.ty pf
Orono, tha'� a single sEwer service will be provided to ser�e the
residential structure and studio on the prop�rty at 2655 North Shore
Drive, with the provision that the studio w�ll not become a dwelling
unit.
