RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

DETERMINTNG THAT THE VACANT LOT LOCATED
AT THE WESTERN END OF ORONO LANE PdTLL BE
PROVIDED WITH SANITARY SEWER
VdHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized
and existing �under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Sewer Project 80-1 was initiated by the City to solve
existing on-site sewage treatment problems in the Minnetonka Bluffs�West
Ferndale area, within which this property, identified as PIN #02-117-23
33 0006, is located; and `
P7HEREAS, said property would likely be considered as a buildable
lot of record if sewer was available; and
WHEREAS , said property has been valued by the West Hennepin
Assessing District as a buildable lot,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Orono that the vacant property located at the western end of Orono Lane
known as PIN #02-117-23 33 0006, shall be provided with a single sanitary
sewer service as part of the 80-1 sewer project.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on the 11
day of August , 1980.
