wHEREAS , the City of Oroao 3s a municipal . corporation orqanized
and existing under the laws of th� Stats of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Sewer Project 80--1 haa been initiated by the City to�
solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in th� I�iinnetonka Hiuffs-
Sti'est Ferndale area, within which the property at 1255 Dickenson Street,
legally described as Lots 1 and 2, Hloc:k 15, Mi_nnetonka Hluff�, including
adjacent 1/2 of vacated a11ey, is located; and
�,�HEREAS. the property at 1255 Dickensoa Street has an area of
approximately 0. 31 acre, and contains a main structure and a rental
structure; and
WHEREAS, the property owner ha� indicated he would prefer to
r�*�ove the plumbing in the rental structure acid convert it'§ use fraa
: .tai to storage...s�nly; and � - -"-
�vHEREAS:; if the present rental structure is converted to storage
use only by removing. the pluinbing, only one sewer service would be
provided, , ,
� THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of. the City of
Orcn�, that only one sewer service stub be provided to the property at
1255 Dickenson Street, with the following conditions:
l. All plumbing and appurtenant fixtures shall be removed from
the rental._ (storage) structure within s�.xteen months of the
date that sewer service becc�mea avaflable for connectioa or at
the ti.me the main house is connected to sewer, whichever cames
first.
2. The rental unit nsaqe will c�a�e to exist once the plumbing
is removed.

structure on the propsrt�.
