RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

AMEND 1980 FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1128 established a fee schedule for 1980; and
WHEREAS, the water and sewer rates are to be changed effective October
l, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1980 Fee Schedule is amended as
follows:
UTILITY SERVICE
MUNICIPAL SEWER RATE
Customers billed on unit basis $35. 15 per quarter per unit.
Commercial, Industrial & Orono School billed on water meter readings
$1. 68/1000 gals. plus $1.65 per quarter.
MUNICIPAL WATER RATE
Area #1 - Navarre Connected Properties $10.00 per quarter per connection
plus $. 87/1000 gal.
Navarre Unconnected Properties $10.00 per quarter.
Area #2 - Long Lake $4.00 per quarter per connection plus $. 72/1000 gal.
Area #3 - Chevy Chase $3.00 per quarter per connection plus $1.28/1000 gal
0-10,000 gal. minimum $15. 80 per quarter.
Adopted this llth day of August , 1980, by the City Council of the
City of Orono.
