RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF KLTTZKE ADDITION
WHEREAS , the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted.
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development
of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for
a subdivision plat by Loren Klitzke, the subdivider; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of
the platting regulations of the City, including:.
1. Dedication of drainage and utility easements.
2. Dedication on the plat of a drainage easement over a
drainageway in Lot 1 and over the marsh area along the
shoreline of Lot 1 and Lot 2 .
3. Payment to the City for legal and engineering fees
in the amount of $50. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Klitzke Addition, Hennepin
County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions:
1. The aforesaid plat shall be filed with the Hennepin
County Recorder' s Office on or before December 30, 1980
together with a certified original copy of this Resolution.
2. Lot 1 has had a drainfield site tested and approved for
installation of a shallow trench drainfield according
to Ordinance No. 210, which site must be reserved for
said purpose. An alternate site has been designated
and requires mound system.
, 3. The originally approved drainfield site for Lot 2,
Klitzke Addition, formerly Lot 5, Stielow Addition,
will not be effected by the subdivision.

4 . All conditions of Resolution No. 939 approving the
original Stielow Addition which applied to the
property now redivided as Klitzke Addition shall
continue in effect including all recorded easements '
and covenants regarding use and maintenance of the
private road and the recorded flowage and conservation
easement over the drainage area now on Lot 1 and
Lot 2, Klitzke Addition.
The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if
the plat has not been filed by the date specified above. In that
event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the
City of Orono for subdivision review.

on file in the office of the City Clerk/Administrator, City
of Orono.
