A RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A WINE LICENSE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Orono, Minnesota that the below listed applicants be issued
a Wine License for the period of July 1, 1980 to June 30 , 1981 :
Bear Flag Restaurant Frances Slane Wine License
2160 Wayzata Boulevard Janet McKelvey
It is understood and agreed that the granting of this license
confers no vested rights to the continuation or renewal thereof
and the licensee waives any right to object or make a claim of
damages against the City of Orono, its Council or employees if
such license is not renewed in the future for any reason.
The licensee has read the above and agrees to be bound by the
- terms thereof.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting held June 30 , 1980 .
