A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH WATER RATES
FOR USE�S OF THE LAFAYETTE RIDGE AREA I� THE
CITY OF MINNETONKA BEACH SERVED BY THE ORONO
NAVARRE WATER SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Orono that water for
the Lafayette Ridge area in the City of Minnetonka Beach shall
be provided at the following rate:
For all usage - $0.90 per 1, 000 gallons
Such charges shall be billed to all users on a
quarterly basis throughout the year based on actual water
consumption with a $7.20 minimum quarterly charge, representing
water usage of 8 ,000 gallons or less, per meter unit, effective
October 25, 1979.
/ Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, ��innesota at
a regular meeting held April 28, 1980.
