A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING
ON MINNETONKA BLUFFS - SHORELINE DRIVE - WEST FERNDALE
ROAD - ORONO LANE SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1080 of the Council ,
adopted October 16, 1979, a report has been prepared by the City
Engineer with reference to the improvement of portions of County
Road 15, Orono Lane, West Ferndale Road, Fox Street, Dickenson Street,
Orono Orchard Road South, Barrett Avenue, Hanlon Avenue, Keene Avenue,
and Russell Avenue, by installing municipal sanitary sewers, and
this report was received by the Council on February 25 , 1980 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Orono:
1. The Council will consider the construction of such
sanitary sewer in accordance with the report and the assessment
of abutting or adjacent properties for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 429 , at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of $937, 28p. 00
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on Thursday, March 20, 1980, at 7 : 00 P.M.
in the Orono Council Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road,
and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at their
regular meeting held February 25 , 1980.
