RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE REGULAR
CITY COUNCIL MEETIDIG SCHEDULE FOR 1980
WHEREAS, THE Orono City Council wishes to establish a
practice of conducting regular business meetings on the second
and fourth Mondays of every month; and
WHEREAS , certain conflicts and holidays prevent strict
adherence to this Schedule throughout the year 1980,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orono City Council
hereby establishes the following schedule of regular business meeting
dates for the year 1980:
January: Tuesday, 15 and Wednesday, 30
February: Mondays, 11 and 25
March: Mondays, 10 and 24
April: Mondays, 14 and 28
- May: Monday, 12
June: Mondays , 2 , 16 and 30
July: Mondays, 14 and 28
August: Mondays, 11 and 25
September: Mondays, 15 and 29
October: Tuesday, 14 and Monday, 27
November: Mondays, 10 and 24
December: Mondays, 8 and 22
All regular meetings shall begin at 7 : 00 o'clock P.M.
Any changes from the above schedule shall be approved by the Council
with notice of the change being published in the official newspaper.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held January 15, �.980 .
