BE IT.FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Debt-Redemption.Fund levy of
$17,700 for 1969 adopted September 4, 1963 by Resolution #23 is
unnecessary and is ordered cancelled.
The Village C1erk�is hereby`irist'ructed to transmit a certified copy of
this resoltuion to the County`Auditor of Hennepin County.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting held October 13,'1969.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE; �TACATION OF AN UNNAMED STREET
BETWEEN LANGDON PARK AND WALLACE'S ADDITION
WHE'.REAS.,-- pursuant to due and -proper notice according to law, - a public ---
hearing was held by the Village Planning- Commission at -.the Village Hald,
in the Village of Orono,�Minnesota, on.November 20, 1967,,at 7,:30 P:M.,
CST, to consider a petition brought by a majority of abutting land
owners for the vacation of the fol.l.owing described unnamed street
abutting 3295 Crystal Bay :Road= -an=d 3309 Crystal Bay Road situated in
the County of Hennepin, and 'St -at:e of Minnesota:
Lot 2, Block 2, Langdon Park, Parcel 410; and,
Lot 1, Wallace's Addition, Parcel 100
Township 117, Section 17,- Range '•23 --
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined the vacation of the said
unnamed street is in the best interests of the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED as follows:
The p1btition requesting vacation of the above
described unnamed street is hereby granted and
that portion of the above described unnamed
street is vacated between Crystal Bay Road and the
railroad tracks with a utility,.eas,ement-, to be
retained and the sewer, assessment be levied against
the property. The vacation ds not to include any property
between Lake Minnetonka and Crystal Bay Road.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATI.ON OF -A TWELVE -FOOT ALLEY BETWEEN
RUSSELL AVENUE``AND KEENE AVENUE IN MINNETONKA BLUFFS
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law`, a public
hearing was held by the Village Planning Commission at 'the Village Hall,
in the Village of Orono, Minnesota, on August 19, 1968, at 7:30 P.M.,
cdt, to consider a petition brought -by ;a majority of abutting land owners
for the vacation of the following described twelve -foot alley between
Russell Avenue and Keene Avenue in Minnetonka'Bluffs situated in the
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota:
Lots 1-2-3-4-5, Block 16 and Lots 6-.7-8-9-10-
11-12, Block 16, Minnetonka -'Bluffs
Township 117, Section 2, Range 23
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined.'the vacation of -the .said,
twelve --foot alleys in..the..best interests of the' Village•.
