A RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS
FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, 1963 & 1964
63 -STP -1, 63 -TS -1 63 -TLS -1 AND 64 -LS -1
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono; Minnesota,
as follows:
1. The proposed assessments for -.Sanitary Sewer Improvements should be
and are hereby amended as follows:
Description of Property Addition.to Tax Roll
Plat 42420, Parcel.4500 6 units - $1,350.00
2, It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing
amendment to said proposed assessment if just and equitable, and
necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said improvement.
Adopted -by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota ata
special meeting held October 7, 1969.
