WHEREAS, the Village has obtained from the Hennepin,County Auditor
levy number 4740.
1' That the Hennepin County:Auditor be and he.hereby is authorized and
rected to extend upon proper tax lists of the county and further collect
staid'assessments thereon in the manner provided by-law.
3,, That.,six percent (6%) be added to the amount due.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a
especial meeting held October 7, 1969.
