That the Hennepin County Park Res.erve District is hereby authorized to
acquire property for a County Park Reserve within the sections described
in the attached Legal Description in the Village of Orono, but only on
the, condition that. the Hennepin County Park Reserve District does not use
the 'power -'of *_condemnation for the •acquisition of those lands.
Adopted by the.Village Council of the Vil.l. Age of Orono, .Minnesota at a
regular meeting held September 8, 1969."-
