NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said Village of Orono does hereby agree and
covenant that.it will never permit or suffer, within its corporate limits, 6
any encroachment of any kind whatsoever, including curb gas pumps and'gas
stations,, billboards or other structures of any kind whatsoever, upon the
right of way of Trunk Highway 10 renumbered as' Trunk Highway Number 12
and to the above end said Village of Orono hereby agrees that it will.
never issue any license, permit; or grant, or give any leave or liberty
or any other consent of whatever form for the construction or maintenance
of any encroachment whatsoever, including curb gas pumps and gas stations,
billborads or other structures of any.kind whatsoever, upon said right
of way; an,d that said 'Village, ,of Orono will cooperate 'insofar as possible
to -eliminate existing encroachments constituting traffic hazards and.
will further take any necessary action to eliminate any encroachment that
may hereafter exist on said trunk highway right of way; and
BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED that said .Village of Orono does hereby agree to
require the parking of all vehicles on. said triink highway to be parallel
with the curb and at least twenty ('LO) feet from any crosswalks -on all
public streets intersecting said trunk highway within the copporate
limits of said Village of Orono.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held June¢;;23, 1969.

A RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET LIGHTING°
IMPROVEMENTS 68SL-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. The proposed assessment for Street'Lighting Improvements
should be and are hereby amended, is follows K.

Plat 43300, Parcel 6200 Delete from roll - Not in assessment
area
2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the
foregoing amendment to said proposed assessment is just and equitable,
and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said
improvement.
