Minnesota Statutes 463.15 through 463.26.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Melvin A. Abel is ordered to
correct the condition by'razing the.building and filling in the
excavated area'wi'ihin 30 days from the date this order is duly served
upon -him, '
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an order for summary enforcement of the
order be made to the.District Court of Hennepin County, State of Minnesota,
unless his -•answer is filed within the time specified in Minnesota Statutes
463.18, and
BE IT`FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Administrator and Village Attorney
be, and hereby are:,.directed to prepare and serve the order and take alba
other necessary action in accordance with this resolution and in accordance
with Minnesota Statutes 463.15 through 463.26.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held June 9, 1969.

RESOLUTION #287
A RESOLUTION APPROVING HIGHWAY #12 PLANS
WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions- 9
and specifications for the improvement of a part -of Trunk Highway Number 10 {
renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 12 within the corporate limits of the
Village of •Oxono from the south corporate limits`•to' the east corporate
limits; and r
WHEREAS said plans are on file in the dffice of the Department of Highways,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S,.P. 2713-24,
2714-70 (12-10),;,,
WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department
,of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identifie&
as-S.P. 2713-•24,.2714-70 (12-10), which, together with the Minnesota -
Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated
January 1, 1968, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways,
constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway
Number 10 renumbered as Trunk Highway•Number 12.; and
