the below listed licenses be approved and issued for the period of July 1,

r A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #240 ORDERING THE OWNER OF A HAZARDOUS
BUILDING WIT.H:IN-THE, VILLAGE TO CORRECT THE HAZARDOUS CONDITION
.-WHEREAS., Melvin A.,Abel, 6839 Pillsbury.Avenue, Minneapolis, owner of
certain"re'al property located -at 3.567 Crystal Place within the Village of
Orono legally described as follows:
Lots 8 $ 91 Block 31 Plat 42740, Parcels 1800 & 1850,
Navarre Heights, and - - -
WHEREAS, the building constructed on said real prope•rty.has been abandoned
but has not been removed and there remains a building°and foundation
which creates a hazardous- condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 463.16
the said Melvin A. Abel is ordered to correct the condition above described
on the grounds that the condition is,hazardous within the meaning of
