A RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS
FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 1965LS-•1
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council df, the Vial -,age -of Orono, Minnesota
as follows:
1. The proposed assessments for Sanitary Sewer improvement 1965LS-1
should be and are hereby amended as follows:
PLAT PARCBL_ OWNER CHANGE
RLS 1147 Tract A Floe .Reduced from 277.3 feet to 160 feet
2. It is hereby found and determined by the Council that the fore-
going amendment to said proposed assessment is just and'eauitable,
and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said
r.
improvement.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono at a regular
meeting held May 26, 1969.*
