A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLASSIFICATION LIST
"643-C" AND ITS TAX -FORFEITURE SALE
WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Orono,, Hennepin County,.
Minnesota, has received from.the County Auditor of Hennepin County,
Minnesota, a list of lands in said Village which became the property of the
S -t -ate 'of Minnesota under the provisions of law declaring the forfeiture
of lands to the State for non-payment of taxes,,which said list.has
been designated as Classification List '.'64.3-C".,. January 14, 1969; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been
classified.by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as non -conservation land and the sAle thereof has heretofore
been authorized by said•Board-of County Commissioners:
NOW, THEREFORE-:, BE- --IT RESOLVED.- by,, said Village Council, acting pursuant
to.Minnesota Statutes 1957, Section 282.10, Subd. 1, that the -said
classification by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of
�._ land;.described in said list as non—conservation land be and,the same
is hereby approved and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and
the same is hereby approved.

regular.meeting held March 1.0, 1969,

RESOLUTION #283
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF $50,000 FROM
1963-64 SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUNDS
WHEREAS., the 1.963-64 Sewer Construction Fund created for 65-64LS-1
construction project has been completed and there is $75,000 remaining
_in the Fund, and
.WHEREAS, it ,appears to be in the best interests of the Village'to
transfer $50,000 to the Sewer Operating Fund; this Sewer Operating
Fund to the General Fund until such time that Sewer Operating would be
on a paying basis..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by -the Village Council of the Village
of Orono, Minnesota:
•1) The appropriate officers of the Village are hereby authorized
