A.:RE;SOLUTION PROVIDING SEWER. AND WATER RATES FOR
DISTRICT #2 (LONG-LAKE.DISTRICT)
Quarterly service rates for water for District #2 (Long Lake District)
shall be as follows:
First 4,000 gallons @ $1.30 per 1,000,gallons ($5.20 min.)
Next 4,000 gallons @ $1.17 per 1,000 gallons
Next 10,000 gallons @ $1.04 per 1,000 gallons
Next 232,000 gallons @ $0.91 per. 1,_000 gallons
Next 250,000 gallons @ $0.78 per 1,000 gallons
Next 250,000 gallons @ $0,.65 per.1,0.00 gallons
Next..,- 750,000 gallons•@ $9.52 per 1,000 gallons
Sewer service charges :shall berbased on the same schedule.
Adopted by the Village Council of.the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular. meeting held December 23, 1968.

A'RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS
FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, 63 -TS -1B
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota,
,as follows:
1. The proposed assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvements should be
and are hereby amended as follows:

Plat 41310, Parcel 2870 Reduce from 0.80 acre to
0.30 acre
2, It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the fore-
going amendment to said proposed assessment is just and e.quitable., and
necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of,s'aid improvement.
