WHEREAS, the Village, Counci l.o.f the Vi.11agerof: Orono has: adopted
Resolution #260., a.true_. and correct:dopy of which is attached hereto,
pertaining to the adoption'and-confirmation of assessments for hydrant
charge. for lateral -water improvement...-'..
WHEREAS,, the.Village"has obtained from the Hennepin County Auditor levy
numbers for the.spec.ig1 assessments for said improvement as follows:
