- WHEREAS; the Village has obtained from the Hennepin County Auditor levy
numbers for the special assessments for the sanitary sewer and water
improvements. as follows

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council-`of..the Village of
Orono, Minnesota, as follows.:

authorized. and direc'tIed.to transmit to the •Hennepin.
County Auditor a-copy_of'.this."resolution and a certified
duplicate of the assessment roll pertaining to the
aforesaid sanitary sewer and water improvements, with
each installment, including in,teres-t, .set separately,
and and
2. That the Hennepin'County Auditor be and he -hereby is
authorized -and directed-to.extend said assessments and
..;each installment thereon -upon the -proper tax .lists of -
the.;.county-and further to collect said assessments.
