Village of Orono, Minnesota
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the -Village Council of Orono, Minnesota, will '
meet.in the'Village Hall in said Village on Thursday, October 10, 1968, :
at 7:30 o'clock P.M., CDT., for the purpose of conducting a public hearing
on the assessments proposed to be made against property benefited by
1968SL-1 an improvement consisting of.installation and maintenance of
street lighting up to December 31,=.1.969, in.or adjacent :to the areas
hereinafter described as the areas proposed to. be as.ses.sed_
The area proposed to be assessed for 1968SL-1 is all situated
in Hennepin County and described as all- that land abutting, adjacent to,
or in the vicinity of Casco Circle, a street situated in the Village of
Orono..
The annual maintenance charges in years after December 31, .1969, will be
similarly assessed against said land.
The roll of assessments is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
All persons whose property might be so assessed may, at the above -stated
' time and place, present oral or written objections to said assessments.

7. The Council shall meet at-a.time and, place specified in -the
above notice for the pui.pose of conductinga public hearing
on the special assessments for the Improvement.
