A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING EXPENSE..OF.1968SL-1 DETERMINING AMOUNT TO BE
—-ASSESSED, DIRECTING _.PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT" -ROLL, AND CALLING FOR
HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS
;W,,HEREAS, contracts for the construction of 1968SL-1_(the.Improvement)
have been previously let, _

WHEREAS,.' -,the current expenses incurred.and to be incurred.in .constructing
and-maintaining.-,theImprovement up.to.December 31, 1969,.have_been cal-
culated.under. the direct.i.on_.of. the..Village. Co:un.c.il, and said. expenses
f. have been reasonably estimated. -to be $579.97 and the annual maintenance
_ .. charges . in subsequent. years is estimated to be $400,09:. _
` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Orono".'Minnesota) as -follows:.

and the.-annual.maintenance charges in subsequent years is

2. That all -of said -current expenses shall be -specially assessed'

owner), and further all annual maintenance charges for sub-
