WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY.AND.C.ERTAIN-„MUNI,CIPAL.ITIES.
WHEREAS„Hennepin-County.and-certain municipa•lieies within
the County have arranged.a cooperative ptirchasing agreement under the
Joint-Rowers Act; anl:.... _
WHEREAS, the - opportunity for' participation in .the* purchasing
program is .now available to the._ Village_ of.Or.ono;
NOW, THEREF.ORE',,BE.IT:HEREBY_RESQLVED that..the proposed cooperative
purchasing agreeme#!be•approved, and the-Mayor and Clerk-Administrator
be authorized to execute . the agreement 'o.n` behalf of the Village of Orono.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono at a regular meeting
held August 12, 1968.
