RESOLUTION #246
ARESOLUTION URGING THE LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION
DISTRICT TO ORDER SEWER SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the pollution of Lake Minnetonka has become a matter of
urgent concern to all citizens of the lake area, and,
WHEREAS, public sewer service is not yeYavai.lable in certain instances
to'these citizens,
THEREFORE., BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED.by the Village Council of the Village
of Orono that the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District is urged to
order affected municipalities to create or complete needed public'
sewer systems and require the hookup thereto.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting held June 24, 1968.
