A RESOLUTION ORDERING STREET IMPROVEMENTS 68SR-1

• AND AWARDING BIDS.THEREON
WHEREAS, plans and specifications.for.68SR-1 have been approved by the
Minnesota Highway Department with Municipal State Aid construction funds,
and
WHEREAS, bids have been received for the construction of the projects
as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE be it hereby resolved by the Village Council of Orono,
Minnesota, that: .
1. Plehal Blacktop is hereby declared lowest responsible bidder for
68SR-1 and 68SR-2, the bid be awarded thereto, with alternate
surfacing material, and
2. The Mayor -and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract on behalf of the Village thereon, and
3.1. The Improvements.are hereby.ordered and the Engineer and other
;• personnel of the Village are authorized and directed to proceed with
the construction of the Improvements.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a
•' regular meeting held June °10, 1968.
