BE IT. HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE plans and. specifications for the
Reconstruction of Old Crystal Bay Road under Minnesota M. S. A.
Program be accepted,
And that bids thereon are ordered to.be opened at 11:0.0 A. M., CDT,
June 10, 1968 in the Village Hall., Village of Orono.'
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held May 13, 1968.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota
as follows:.
1. The proposed assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement 196SLS-1
Should be and are hereby amended as follows:

2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing
amendment to.said proposed assessment is just and equitable, and
necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said improvement

a regular meeting held May 27, 1968:
