The Village Clerk is hereby directed to make an abstract showing the
descript.ion.of.each.parcel of land,.forfeited to the state for non-payment

amounts . to be, assessed in . these proceedings, and showing, in accordance

said Village Clerk shall cerfify such abstract to the county auditor
of -Hennepin County for presentation to the Board of County Commissioners

ORONO.'SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LISTS AND RECALCULATE DIVISIONS
The Village.of Orono does hereby'agree to accept -the re -run of the
n... Special Assessment list, when presented, as the official list to be
used for all division, prepayments, corrections, etc. on property within
our taxing District..
It. is unde.rsto.od that -there will be..no charge to us for said list.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held May 13, 1968.
