DETERMINING TOTAL AMOUNTS THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ASSESSED.'tAGAINST CERTAIN
PARCELS OF TAX,FORFEITED LANDS IF-SUCH PROPERTIES HAD BEEN SUBJECT TO
ASSESSMENT AT THE TIME OF DETERMINATION BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF-THE.
AMOUNTS TO BE ASSESSED IN THE MATTERS OF THE.IMPROVEMENTS NAMED IN
THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE, AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE CLERK TO PREPARE AN
ABSTRACT SHOWING THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH PARCEL OF LAND FORFEITED TO
T OF TAXES AND.THE.TOTAL AMOUNT THAT WOULD HAVE
THE .STATE FOR NON=PAYMEN
BEEN.ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PARCEL IF IT HAD BEEN SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENT.,
AND DIRECTING SAID VILLAGE CLERK TO CERTIFY THE SAME TO THE COUNTY
AUDITOR PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 394, LAWS OF MINNESOTA,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Orono',.Minnesota:
WHEREAS, 'at the time of the de.terminati,on by.. the Village Council of the
Village of Orono of the total amounts of money to be assessed in the
_,proce.edings of the improvements listed below, certain parcels of land
had been forfeited to the state and were therefore not subject'to
as s.es.sment,
NOW,' THEREFORE, pursuant to Chapter 394., Laws of Minnesota 1941,.the U•
Village Council does hereby determine that each of the parcels of land
thereinafter.described_.would_have_been assessed the amounts set opposite
