A,RESOLUTION APPROVING MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT PRELIMINARY_..PLANS,.
AAYOUT-#9,'FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF TRUNK HIGHWAY ##12 THROUGH WAYZATA
AND ENTERING ORONO 4
WHEREAS --the- Commissioner of Highways has prepared p•rel-iminary plans
forethe improvement•of apart, -of Trunk Highway Number 10 renumbered
as Trunk Highway Number 12 within the corporate limits of theVillage
of Orono at- the:- S,. Corp. Limits,; and
WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Depart-
ment of Highway -5, St. Paul, Minnesota,•being%marked, labeled, and
identified as Layout, No. 9, S.P. 2713-10, . 2.714--,48 (T_ H. 12=10), •
from W. Corp. Limits of Wayzata- to- Crosby Road;- and --
WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, and
identified .are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk;•and!....
WHEREAS the term "said'preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in..the
body of this resolution shall be deemed and.intended to mean, refer
to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing
recitals particularly identified ,and -described;

NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that -said preliminary plans for the improve-
ment of Trunk Highway Number 10 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 12,
within the limits of the Village of Orono be and hereby are aper-oved.:._.:'
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota
at a regular meeting held April 22, 1968.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLASSIFICATION LIST 11642-C"
AND ITS TAX -FORFEITURE SALE -
WHEREAS., the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Hennepin County;
Minnesota, has received from the County Additor of Hennepin County,
Minnesota,.a list of lands in said Village which became the property t
of the State of Minnesota under the provisions of law declaring the
forfeiture of lands to the State for non-payment of taxes, which said
list has been designated as Classification List 11642-C",•January. 16,
1968• and
WHEREAS, each parcel of.land described in said list has -heretofore
been classified by the Board of -County Commissioners .of Hennepin
