THE APPLICATION OFTHEW VILLAGE 'OF MINNETONKA FOR y
A 'MODIFICATION OF THE ORDER OF THE WATER POLLUTION
CONTROL, COMM.LSSION:-DATED'., MAY. 26, 1966,.
WHEREAS; the Village Council of the Village of .OT.ono its in accord with

palitYe°s in their plans for- the construction of a high degree sewage

WHEREAS; the communities1-r°ecommen.de..d.�-to be considered served according
to `the letter from the Minnesota P(Illution Control Agency dated
January'17; 1968; has a present popi.lation far in excess of 25,000.
NOW;- THEREFORE,.:BE-IT RESOLVED BY THE_VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
ORONO° that'°Orono -does-does,-ot`-!to` !to"-,t-he8e communities having ,additional
• `capaci'ty-and.-the" Po-Ilu.tion`.-Control Commission be and hereby is urged to
r modify 'the' o'rdeT of` the`.'Water, Polluti6nnControl Commission dated' May 26,
1966; so as to permitAhe°--Village of Minnetonka and others interested
to erect and con°struct "a 'sewAge treatment plant on the Minnesota River
with a capacity •designed -to are for •a population °equ°iAralent of 75`,000.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a
-regular meeting held April 8, 1968.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR JOINT'AND COOPERATIVE
USE OF POLICE PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT.

WHEREAS, a Police Mutual Aid Agreement has been proposed and is available
_for all governmental 'units operating • in -Hennepin County;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Or6no that
the Village enter into the Agreement for Joint and Co.operatsve Use of
Police Personnel and E-#ipment:
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a
