RESOLUTION #229
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE OWNER OF A HAZARDOUS BUILDING
WITHIN THE -VILLAGE TO CORRECT THE HAZARDOUS `CONDITION
WHEREAS, L. 0. Beucus, Route 1, Box 229-B, Wayzata, Minnesota,
owner.of certain real property located at 2765 Ethel•Avenue, within the
Village of Orono legally.described as follows:
Lot 7, Block 3, Parcel 2800, Plat 42020; Casco Heights, and
;WHEREAS; the building- constructed on said real property has
been' abandoned but' has -not been removed, and there remains a building
and foundation which-'.crea-tes - a- hazardous- condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, .that pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes. 463.-16 theslated ML.:'0. Beucus' is ordered to correct the condtion.
above•des.cribed on the grounds that the condition is hazardous within the
meaning of W=esota .S-tatutes '4b3.1'5 -through- 463. 26.
BE IT FIIRTH°ER RESOLVED, that the -said-L.O. Beucus is ordered,
4 to correct the condition by razing the building and filling in the
excavated area within 30 days from the date this order is duly served
