-WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined the vacation of the said
street is in the best interests of the Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, ITIS RESOLVED as fol.lows: _
The petition requesting vacation of the above described
street is hereby -granted and that portion of the above
described?S'treet is hereby vacated subject to utility
easements,.' .. s
Adopted at a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of
Orono, Minnesota held March 25, 1968.
