1` WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Orono has under
f�.. Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 463.22 pertaining to hazardous building
removal, has inc4arred certain expenses, the costs of which are hereby
levied as follows:

1. `WHEREAS, the Village has obtained from the Hennepin County
Auditor levy.number #3600.
2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he hereby is
authorize��4irected to extend upon proper tax lists of the county
and further collect said assessments thereon in the manner provided by
law.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono at a
regular -meeting held Fehruary 12, 1968.
