FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 1965LS-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Oron0,Minnesota :T
as follows:
1. The proposed assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvements should 3
be and are hereby amended as follows:`
Description of Property Addition to Tax Roll
Plat 42220, Parcel 3650 1 Unit $225.00
2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the -fore-
going amendment to said proposed assessment is just and equitable,;°:and i
necessary to a fair assessment for payment of.the cost of said improve-
ment.
