* - • 'your complainant is a police officer employed by the City of Ocono :
Police Department. Acting in that capacity, your complainant
received several citizen complaints between 11:00 P*M. and midnight >^ ^ .
on July 9, 1976 from persons who were complaining about loud noise ■
coming from a large party at 4520 Bayside Road. In answer thereto, ! Vt
your complainant investigated and observed a large gathering of per- .
sons at 4520 Bayside Road which location is situated within the City '
of Orono. Your complainant also learned that the gathering of parsonf^'^^t t*--
was organized, promoted and managed by defendant Paul Voight*

At approximately 11:45 P.M. on said date, your complainant observed
the presence of in excess of 350 automobiles which were parked In
lots next to and across the street from the above location. Your
complainant learned From the defendant that he expected between ISO
and 200 persons at the party and that he had arranged for a band to
be present. Your complainant believea that he observed in .excess of
300 persons present at the gathering.
