Me arc writing to advise yuu that we arc willing tu reiti’. the
house and one acre where your sister, Nancy Oryart, was living,
to you, with the understanding that there is to he no inirhing
of autoaobiles or veliielcs on the adjacent Ski Tunka property.
Further, due to the incidents last sumor, we would have to
liait the nuitbcr of persons which you can have on the property
to a DsxiMB of 20 unless otherwise agreed to in writing by
■yseir and the V'illage.
Wc trust that this correctly states the understanding that wc
reached in our conversations Inst week. We ure Hcndlng a copy
of this letter to the Village for their files in the event they
receive any complaints as they have in the past regarding-parties
at the house you are renting.
