Mo pe:mit or license has been Issued for mtf sudt ooncossion. Conclusions The proposed activity a^^ars to be in dirrot vlolatim of the zoning ordinances con* trolling conaercial activity in a residential area and involving general perfonunce soecifications conoeming noise nd traffic control. In addition, the re^renients of Chapter 69 haw not been net in either letter or spirit of the lew's intent. The application is late, incan|aetc and nay include incorroct infbmatlon. The plans aiipear to be ill conceived and not thorou^y woihed out. This leaves one with the inpfession that control of the expected rrowd would be difficult or impossible, and that the City could iw>t adequately protect the health, safety or welfare of its citizens. * .-'v •) . > f ^ . .
