Voigt, Todd lilies, Mary or Marie Oroshong or Richard or Brent Primus. Due to vacations and scheduling problems we do not feel that we could provide the necessary police protection for this section of tho community. When this department contacted Mr. Neddermeyer he didn't Icnow anything about being identified as the security chief. • ! 1 The address and legal description. The address and legal descrip­ tion of all property upon which the large assembly is going to be held is definitely not adequate. He is listing a field on County Road 33 east of S'xl-Tonka. There is approximately four miles of County Hoad east of Ski-Tonka, The property liiinedlately east cf the Ski-Tonlca property is owned by Waltea Benhardus. r’rrsons owning the land wliore the said large assembly is going to be hold and their written approval. Hr, Brent William Primus *■15066 the application giving approval for Ski-Tonka. The appli­ cation does not indicate that Mr. Brent William Primus has the legal autnority to do so. Nature and purpose of tho large assembly. Tho application does not adequately describe the nature and purpose of the assembly. It simply states "Outdoor Party and Dance for Benefit". We have no knowledge of for who's benefit. Plans for security. Tho application does not contain any plans Ik Pag# U for sociirity, the deployment of guards, their names, addMsses, cre­ dentials, or hours of availability. Sound control. The application does not contain any information describing the sound amplification system, including the number, location and power of a^lifiers and speakers. Pood concessions. The diagram indicates a "Hot Dog Stan4". The application lists Mary and Marie Groshong who live at the address of tne assembly but does not contain their license or pezviit nxsa- bers as required.
